"What they didn't teach you at . . ." The one thing we hear most often from new doctors just out of school is that they have no idea how to handle the business end of dentistry. We also hear from more established doctors that the complexity of the business world is leaving them feeling “left behind” in an unproductive practice. These two sides of the same coin are what we focus on in our business development programs.

We help doctors understand what their practice numbers mean and set up systems that get those numbers at a level that keeps the practice thriving. We help our clients decipher the month end reports and profit and loss statements and teach you to utilize them to improve your practice and identify any unhealthy trends early enough to correct. We set goals for the doctor and hygiene department and work with the entire office to create schedules and soft tissue management programs to achieve those goals.
